The PUCA (Urban planning Construction and Architecture Plan) submitted to PACTE and LABURBA laboratories as well as to the consultancy ACADIE, a study about outstanding sites as a resource for local development. Villes Innovations was also involved in the study, to investigate the outstanding sites as potential testing grounds and places of innovation.
