The Fédération interrégionale du Livre et de la Lecture (FILL) wishes to stimulate a change through a federative dynamic and rethink its aims and methods. In this context, the FILL has invited L’Office and Villes Innovations to support it in its reflection, as well as in the production of evolution scenarios.
