In order to better understand the role of the Third Places of Digne-les-Bains in the regeneration processes of this small town, the research project proposes to co-construct tools for the analysis and representation of the territorial externalities produced by the Third Places (social, environmental, organizational, cognitive externalities of knowledge, learning or innovation).
