The Bugey Sud community of communes is a rural territory with diffuse housing, which is demographically and economically dynamic. From a cultural point of view, inter-communal cultural action still needs to be structured and anchored locally. This is the reason why the community of municipalities called on the Laboratoire d’Usages Culture(s) Arts Société (LUCAS), in order to co-construct its territorial cultural project (PCT) with the driving forces of the territory (cultural facilities, associations, inhabitants, etc.).
