The project, led by the Archer Group and the Valence Romans Agglo urban community, is an organisational experiment. Stakeholders are involved in the co-construction of a new productive and entrepreneurial territory. This local experiment participates, more broadly, in the economic revival of medium-sized cities.

In this context, the evaluation protocol put in place is in line with the general state of mind and is therefore intended to be collaborative, partly experimental, while guaranteeing an objective assessment of the direct, indirect and induced effects of the project on the territory.
