The Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées agglomeration community (86 municipalities, 127,000 inhabitants) is located between the conurbations of Toulouse, Pau and Bayonne – Biarritz. This agglomeration community has defined economic development as a priority and cross-cutting objective. The development of Third Places in the region should make it possible to reinforce this objective.
